The Survey of the Antenatal management and Taekyo Behavior

Abstract
|
|
|
This study was undertaken to learn more about the overall status of antenatal management and taekyo behavior (fetal education) in korean society.
The survey method of research was used to obtain data with questionaries by interviewing women who had given birth.
The research population was consist of 110 women who had given birth at the delivery room 3 general hospitals from august 24 to september 23, 1992.
Analysis of the data was done by use of freguency.

@EN 1. The subjects practice of antenatal management
The women's practice related to antenatal management was consist of antenatal examination, antenatal education, the dietary, behavior pattern. The frequency of antenatal examiantion were changed by delivery date, and the women who had learned
about
antenatal eduation was consist of 16.3 percentage. There were many changes in the dietary intake. The best favorite foods was the fruit, the vegetable an the carbohydrate. The best forbiden foods was tobacco, alcohol, tea, cola, cider, salts.
2. The subjects practice of taekyo
The women's practice related to takeyo were changed from traditional taekyo to a modern style of kaekyo which puts on diet and behavior. Formely mand food, which were contraindicated are now no longer eliminated. But in regard to behaviors most
of
the
recommended or contraindicated behaviors are still in existance.
